Let Us Count The Lies.
From a commentator over at the New York Times, a very nice list of Mitt Romney’s cynical use of outright fabrications.
Romney´s incessant lying is appalling. He seeks to rewrite history with dismaying nonchalence and cavalier indifference.
He says repeatedly when Obama took office the economy was in recession, and that he made it worse and longer. Then when challenged he denied he said the economy was worse. {Obama stopped the recession within months of assuming the presidency. GDP has been growing each month since Jun ´09}.
He keeps saying Obama doubled the deficit {it´s actually decreased} and he attacks the President going around the world apologizing for America {he didn’t}, he insists that Romneycare and Obamacare are very different {they’re identical} and that Obama cut medicare benefits {simply not true}, he claims Obama has lost millions of jobs (he´s created more private sector jobs in less than 3 yrs than Bush in eight yrs}, he says repeatedly that corporate tax rates were raised {they weren´t}, and that Obama has not signed any trade deals {he has with Chili, South Korea, Columbia, Panama}.
Romney maintains he left the world of politics and went back into business {he didn´t, he´s been on the campaign trail continuously for years, even when “working”}. He further claims he formed Bain Capital from nothing and personally grew the business at great personal risk. {He was co-opted with guarantees into a going concern built by others through family connections and was never financially at risk}.
Beezer. Not to mention his anxiety over his tax returns. I get the feeling there’s a big bomb inside those returns and that Romney simply cannot make them public as a result. Who knows. Maybe making stuff up about Obama will keep the press from bringing the secret tax returns up.

So I guess according to the NYT he didn’t add 5.4 trillion to the budget or bow to the Saudi king or say to the world that the US was overly interfering in world affairs. Why has Obama refused to release his medical records or his college records or who paid for his ivy league school education or his true birth certificate ? Unlike the attacks on Romney, Obam has got a free pass from the liberal media.

I think all the questions you’ve asked have been answered long ago. Just nonsense.
The deficits are created by the Great Financial Collapse (GFC) and you know that. But they are declining. And if his tax proposal, and his infrastructure programs, could be enacted, we’d be out of this mess in no time.
But the GOP makes that impossible. The private sector has added 4.5 million jobs, but it’s not enough. The economy needs a kick start with direct hiring. Just tax cuts isn’t going to get the job done. Frankly, I don’t think the GOP gives a damn about employment. Their base is either doing very well, thank you, or is pissed off about Obama being black, or pissed off because they hate government, or pissed off because they don’t want to pay any taxes at all, or pissed off because the women are to uppity. Add all the exclusionary types together, have the wealthy fund your campaign, and you’re in the game!

IT’S 3.5 MILLION IN NEARLY 4 YEARS.THERE HAS TO BE 120,000 PER MONTH JUST TO KEEP UP WITH THE RETIREMENTS AND NEW ENTRIES IN THE JOB MARKET. He got his trillion dollar stimulus pkg. and then he said laughingly”I guess there are no real shovel ready jobs. As far as answering the questions I mentioned I heard nothing but maybe you can tell me on this site so we all can be informed.

Yeh, it’s about Obama being black. Liberals always love the race card when they have no other defense. Don’t ever say you were a repulican once because you like all liberals lie and we certainly wouldn’t want you anyway.
